Processing time
All orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days from our studio in Manchester, UK. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.

UK delivery

• Royal Mail 2nd Class (standard): 2–3 working days

• Royal Mail 1st Class (optional upgrade): 1–2 working days

International delivery

• Europe: 5–10 working days

• USA & Rest of World: 7–14 working days
  Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on local postal services and customs.

Tracking
Standard delivery services are untracked. If you require tracking, please select a tracked option at checkout (where available).

Customs, duties & taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order hasn’t arrived within the timeframes above, please contact us:

• UK: after 7 working days

• Europe: after 15 working days

• Rest of World: after 20 working days

Missing or damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us at nicolescorner68@@gmail.com with your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
